These photographs share the story of an MMA fighting community in Liverpool. The Next Generation gym was built from the ground up by head coach Paul Rimmer to create a lasting legacy and local heroes as an alternative for young people in the city to look to.
The gym is home to people from all walks of life, from under 16s to signed pros across the 4 main promoters - UFC, Cage Warriors, Bellator and Oktagon - and everything in between.
